This vintage 1970's rug was woven by the women of the Marmoucha tribe - with its exquisite thick pile reflecting the harsh cold of the Atlas mountain region.
This is a true collectors piece - rugs of this quality are now quite rare. It has a quite beautiful colour palette and a design that incorporates repeating diamonds and Berber symbols.
