Tamegroute Small Bowls - brass rim

Tamegroute is one of the oldest towns in Morocco, situated just before the immense Sahara begins. The making of pottery is an ancient tradition here and smoke has risen for centuries above the town from the ovens where the pottery is fired.

Each piece of Tamegroute pottery is unique, displaying it own special imperfections arising from the ancient artisan production process. In vivid green and olive these pieces are exceptional.

This particular design has been given a contemporary twist, leaving part of the bowl un-glazed inside and outside. With brass rim finish.

Small size: 11 cm diameter, 6 cm height
