Item Condition

Tribal Gallery specialises in antique and vintage furniture, fabrics and rugs. Items are all handpicked and available to purchase online.

Please understand, computer screens are not always in accurate representation of colour and texture, the actual item may slightly differ from what you see on your screen. We do our utmost to ensure product photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible.

All items on sale unless otherwise stated are not new and may, therefore, show signs of use and wear commensurate with age. We can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item on request.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are accepted within 14 days of receipt (you will be liable for all shipping costs). Please submit your refund request by email to louise.paterson@tribal-gallery.com. Upon our written acceptance of your returns request, we must receive returned goods* within 14 days for a refund. If you do not return the goods within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund and will issue you with a credit note instead.

All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience.

* Returned items must be sent back in the same condition it was sent out – clean, mark-free (unless we have specified any age-related marks in the product description) and unused. Refunds will be issued less the cost of shipping, within 48 hours receipt of the unwanted items. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been made.

If an item is returned to us that has been used or marked beyond its original saleable condition, we reserve the right to refund you less the amount of cleaning or repair, if applicable. In such instances, we shall notify you in writing with the associated costs and confirmation of the refund amount.

Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account.
